The trailer introduces the assassin "Night Stalker". The name is known outside fiction and has a certain coincidence with "MaXXXie". Widely known off-screen, it is a nickname for the murderer Ricardo Leyva Muñoz Ramírez, an American criminal who carried out robberies, kidnappings, rapes and serial murders in the Los Angeles and San Francisco area, in the United States, between 1984 and 1985 - the same year and location as "MaXXXine".
